Final for my Sci Fi Literature class from the fall 2015 semester at my University. I wrote it to go with a science fiction theme, but I'm not sure I want to keep that theme. If I decide to write more I want to maintain the integrity of my story (and I do have other parts done that take place in a "present" time that were written in a Creative Writing course) but I'd be comfortable changing the theme from sci-fi to something sliiiiightly more familiar.

This prologue is more or less a de-familiarization of the USA boycott of the 1980 Olympic Games, focusing more on the fighters while offering a glimpse at the politics surrounding the decision. Anyway, I'm sure this needs editing as it's been a while since I've looked at it. However, feel free to read and offer criticisms and thoughts.
