Awesome! And dang, three tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan, you were quite busy! With that much under your belt I'm surprised you seperated only as a specialist. How did you come to operate uav's for the AF? I know they've been heavily opening up recruitment for more pilots lately.
Actually, it was two tours. I was in Iraq for two separate campaigns during one tour. I lucked out. Going from Army to Air Force, even officer, is nearly impossible, but they needed more RPA Pilots, so they opened up more slots. I managed to get one when they were supplementing the Fall 2014 board.
