MORE SPEED LINES! XD
When the knife hits the nose, make long speed lines under the knife from the wrist area, and make those speed or action lines have white in between the lines to indicate how fast they went (So fast color just isn't there lol XD)
IF this seems confusing (i'm not the best to explain) look up how comics like Marvel and DC do speed lines

Oh my gosh! That's horrible!
I for one am squeemish as the sight of blood in RL. ^^;; I nearly fainted one time when I accidentally dropped my exacto knife right on my foot! Yeah, It kinda' hurt, but it mostly bleed like a sun'o'gun! ^^;
