Your drawing is lovely and I'm sorry you're so stressed. I have GAD and when I become anxious I use a breathing technique. I know that might sound like a silly fix but it helps take off the edge sometimes. I breath in through my nose for 7 seconds then exhale for 11 seconds. You can also try inhaling for 7 seconds, holding it for 4 seconds then exhaling for another 7. I'm sorry I can't give a better fix. I wish you well. ♥
