Not really “formal” but I thought Noir dressed nice already albeit a little provocative.
I hate what I did to the drawing and how it turned out overall as it’s rather crude, but it’s for a random theme challenge thing so I can try to draw everyday. It WILL be a terrible start because I’m FAR out of practice.
