Young Cody was super stoked when asked if he'd like to spend a late September day at the beach before school started. It was usually pretty warm in September in SoCal, anyway, so it wasn't difficult to find a good excuse to pop down to the beach one last time before the new school year began. Cody was...a tad afraid of going out far in the water, especially perched precariously upon an inflatable toy, so he hung out on the beach instead, occasionally splashing in the water with his feetiepaws or attempting to build a castle. The day grew long and sooner than you'd expect Cody was on his way back home, ready to brush his teeth, get in his favorite Dory pajamas, then make his way to Dreamland to head to school next day.
