What is this? Another nice and peaceful picture with Tarkus? So are the rumors true, that he grew soft and hangs out with little wyverns, fluffy dragons and mammals all day?
Well the evidence is certainly against him...
This is a sweet trade I did with @Rhos; pretty much bribed her with video games. Characters turned out super awesome. I love the size difference and general sweetness in the picture and sure dig the content look on Tarkus' face. The background is just so cool and who's better to enjoy it but a good friend?
And best of all. No pesky Leonard around to ruin the moment! :D

Well... Rhos is bigger than your average human, but I guess more like horse-sized. So Tarkus 's not really as big as a skyscraper. :)
You get some accurate measurements of Tarkus on his Charsheet. Though of course... his size varies from artist to artist sometimes quite a lot, which I don't mind that much.

Yes, but philosophically speaking, we should all do what we are destined to do. And you have the best snout to be sit on, while mine is below average sitting material. Or to say it in the words of Nietzsche:

I guess it's more a joke. I suppose Tarkus would not really care about what his actions and decisions look like to other creatures. I don't think Tarkus is such a tyrant in general. He just does not bow to any rules and mostly cares about himself and that behavior combined with his actions probably just makes him look like a tyrannical monster.
Course I would not say that he's a good guy. Mostly just acts out of selfish reasons without caring about the things he breaks in the process.

Ha! Perhaps the tone of my response did not reflect the levity I intended. The joke is taken rightly. It is quite fun to tease a serious dragon so. Hoho! Tyranny is just too much work, isn't it? Tarkus leans toward the chaotic side of the ol' alignment chart, it would seem. Uff. Sometimes all this Lawful Good paladin dragon stuff is kinda hard work too, maybe we should all just go hang out on a comfy cliff with a nice view for a bit.
Let us be fair here; Just because one is a massive superior being that does what they wish, does not mean they are subject to the whims and perceptions of others. They may -think- that is all one does, but that is because to such insects like those who experience those encounters...it is a world shaking event.

I agree, those are some words of wisdom all the small folk should memorize.
People get so upset when you take what is precious to them and end up taking on this personal vendetta against you, even though for you it was never personal in the first place. Oh the numerous times one of those sword swinging self proclaimed heroes came up to me, telling me I killed the parents and beloved and that they swore to avenge them only to end up really mad and disappointed, when I can't even remember the particular event they are talking about. As you say. For me it was merely a day like any other.
