General dick and egotistical Hacker. He once worked for the company that was building surveillance droids/Sentinels before the project was scrapped. Seeing it as a waste of potential Axel stole one of the decommissioned robots and reprogrammed it to test his abilities and coding skill, leading to the creation of Senti, who is slowly learning and developing full sentience, much to Axel's annoyance.
