some have super armor all through thier anims and just don't give a crap.

in MUGEN, Balance is already so far gone.

i mean, over on Saltybet, the chars can only fight others on thier tier unless the ai wins or loses enough to promote or demote the char. that, and we have X tier as it's own thing, and 12P is locked in matchmaking and tournies for a REASON.

some chars are even Exhib banned due to certain bullshit.

let's look at True Saber, whose ai is perfect with her parrying. this wouldn't be so bad if it were not for the fact EVERY TIME she parries, the timer (and match!) stops and you briefly get to hear her say "STOP!" before the match resumes.
you can imagine why she's exhib banned.

also, some chars are the polar opposite of jumbo in size and hitboxes...
naturally, some AI can't comprehend this fact.

on Saltybet, 12p refers to the 12th Pallette.

often reserved as the most blatantly OP version of a char. From what saltybet refers to as "Mexidamage", aka stuff that does a huge chunk of the hp bar in a single attack, to absurd self healing, to larger health pools, instakill supers, ungrabbable and superarmored at all times, no hitbox...

the list of things i've seen a char with 12p effects do is crazy. sure, rare akuma is broke as fuck all the time, but there's something about seeing a pure black Wario 64 spamming all the things, or a shining, glowing Applejack instakilling all the waifus with a single super attack, simply because "it's not normal".

plus, because of this, 12p are pretty much used to set up 'traps' by the illuminati/donors for thier exhib matches.

course, this won't be a thing without competent ai that can get through some of the stuff there. doesn't have to be crazy good, but it has to be good enough to do work and not "job" mid match. if you catch some A tier matches, you'll have a rough idea of some of the things the char is expected to fight should you toss it thier way.

less Len and Kula edits? i don't think they'll complain about the fetishes when it's competent.

Thanks for the thorough explanation. I didn't even know about 12p but now that I do I did wanna put Jumbo in an outfit of fishnets but I'd have to redo all the sprites for that. Now that I know 12p is reserved for that stuff I may wanna do that. But right now its so early on him that I just wanna get his moves and such established.

Don't use Enter key to select a character. Go to settings and assign buttons for each player then use those to select a character.

Surprised to see this game still alive, I stopped playing that since my laptop went off.
Well... I think I missed the game anyways...

I like what you've got so far! Love how everything he does has some weight behind it from each step he takes to most of his attacks. I am curious if you plan on making attacks while he's crouching though besides the butt slam. I'd love to see a hip slam or something along those lines ^^

Yeah I plan on giving a full move set but it will take time since I animate and program him solo. I do plan on giving alternate colors as well. If you wanna see progress just check my twitter since I update when a new attack is concepted, colored then in game.

speaking of pallettes, i want to warn you of one of the quirks mugen has: namely, you can make individual pallettes have different traits.

I like the way this plays. You should add some more characters like Jiggly[pwease!!] and maybe throw in some super moves. I love the way Jumbo jiggles when do does his fierce punch. Job well done.

I've gotten request like that and before you ask me to do it. Please think about how could I even do something like that in 2D. I'm definately gonna give him more fetish fuel-squashed based attacks. The facesitting is already in since he has a but drop and you could sit on their face.

Jumbo's ultimate attack should be Mega Butt Crusher. Or Jump into the wall of the left or right side and use mega Butt Ram attack to squish opponent into the wall of the another part of the screen. I really wish you to continue the best as you do Kaze.

I do wanna have him have a wall squish if he actually can corner his opponent. I'll look into making that but not as a special since I can just add it as a bonus effect.

I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but this is a pretty solid MUGEN character. Not going to be easy to overpower him. :D
