ah that game i tried to play ark survival of the fittist but nope i cant play it unreal engine 4 hates me

its more wildcards fault... not the engine

Yeah, the game is one of the most poorly optimised games I've ever played. Who in their right mind spawns the entire map all at once, and has animated water running through the entire damned island? The taming is tedious and absurdly long, even for things that are more basic creatures than something like a Rex, the breeding even more so. The construction mechanic is poorly thought out, and the developers can't seem to keep their sizes on a lot of their buildings the same... There's so much wrong graphically that it's just... absurd. I have a lot of issues with this game, but what takes the cake is the amount of graphical bullshittery that there is on the game, some of which will just flat out kill you, even when you should be able to run the game on maximum graphics.

thats why i only play on my server, there i can make the stats like i want, the serversettings like i want... ok if u tame a lvl150 bronto takes still around 2hours but not 24+ hours like on standart ark, BUT if ure willing to collect mats you can make taming juice its pretty much like a instant tame but the mats... 30prime meat jerky, 100rare shrooms and flowers and alot berrys!

I recall haha. I tamed two 150 level quetzels by myself, even on a boosted server it still took five hours for eachone using kibble to tame them. Tamed a Spino too, and several argentavi. A couple of Allosaurus... I have a lot of tames, but my god they're long, and if you don't have kibble, the tames become absurdly long.

haha... ya and the best is if u breed dinos on normal server only the one who took the dino can take care of it... means for 1-2 day u have to look EVERY 3-4 hours for your dino to get the imprint quality to 100%

heh i rater have a smootly running game instead of super duper grapic even if i could go way higher... if wildcard cant get the u4 engine to work like it should...

At the end of the day, it's gameplay and story that makes a game good, not graphics, i would prefer it to run at 60fps with n64 graphics rather than 15fps with knock your bollocks off graphics, pretty good looking DLC though, may have to get it.

no better not... they should rater fix thier problems with the maingame first...

The problem nowadays is that they think it's okay to release broken games and fix them later rather than spend time making sure it runs perfectly.
