Trying to post more of the series, but the internet seems uncooperative today.
VI-The Lovers: Meloetta (Aria and Pirouette forms) and Love Balls
The two forms are not lovers, but many decks depict a man having to choose between two women for a lover and since Meloetta (initially?) had two forms to choose from, there you go
VII-The Chariot: Latios, Latias and Fast Ball
Of all the legendary pokemon, these most closely resemble a vehicle; that and the card usually depicts two animals pulling the chariot.
VIII-Strength: Raikou, Entei, Suicune and Quick Ball
Normally, the Strength card depicts a lion being subdued by a woman, so Entei. And anyone whose followed the game a longtime knows that catching these three tends to be quite a feat of mental fortitude
