A pit bull we rescued from the table 10 minutes before he was going be put down. He's sleeping in my front seat right now. We need help to get him a home or a safe place. He's really sweet. I can't find a no kill shelter for him in the area, the people that wanted him realize "we don't have time" for a dog this big or for the fact he just wants company. He never has a problem with other dogs until he was in the kennel... He's fixed now... Still not confident around other dogs yet (loves little girls especially Sarafina).
The shelter says he wasn't a candidate for adoption but I don't see anything that wasn't caused by the fact he's an indoor animal that's been abused. You live with the same folk for almost 9 years then get abandoned 3 times, forced to live outside for half a year and almost murdered, pretty sure you'll pick up bad habits too. He's been quiet since we got to the hotel. He's even accepted the maids in the hall as normal sounds and doesn't make a peep. He'd really appreciate more walks but I can't physically do it. He honestly loves people so much he needs to be re-trained out of jumping. But, I guess that's what happens when they leave you alone.

Only way I can even possibly help is if you are located in the U.S near me. I volunteer for a none-profit organization. Our space is very limited, but they like me so much I may be able to convince them to help you out. We don't really take owner surrenders, and we don't have a large mass of funds to transfer animals willy nilly.. :/ but idk, maybe can be convinced.
