Got this little gem for only $15 today at a shop that mostly specializes in Mid Century Modern items. I know the place and get along well with the owner. Knew about this radio last week, but was short on cash and there was no price on it. Stopped by today and she told me if I wanted it, $15 would take it. Looks complete, but the cord is cut off and the one control turns really rough. Finally puts a Fada into my collection.

That's the thought that went through my mind when I researched it last Saturday and found the model number. :) I'm glad it was still at the shop yesterday when I checked back in as it seems like a neat little set. Looks like Fada decided to rearrange and compact down a full blown cathedral or tombstone design instead of trying to make a super cheap compact.
This thing has six tubes, a three gang tuner, and a roughly five to six inch speaker. Looks like it might be a decent performer once redone.
