This is a really unique character design. I really like how his feet aren't just generic dragon feet, they have their own unique anatomical features. (Omg I swear no pun intended.)
What are the tendril like appendages coming off of his head?

Oh, thank you very much! Well, he's not a dragon-like, his ancestry was more like amphibian (and because of it he has long tail and such kind of legs etc.). Yap, tendrils are from head! XD Thank you for interesting!!! *o*
