Not an OFFICIAL one, unfortunately

Unofficially there's a quaint little pawn store ran by a naga who collects and sells curious trinkets from his travels, the store looks like your usual pawn shop albeit a little dusty and in a way old timey, as if you're browsing a store from some rpg instead of a modern shop. He also doesn't just collect any old trinkets either, no they are all magical in one form or another but who knows what powers they possess. You'd have to go get them appraised first.

This one is just one of many collars he keeps in a bargain box off to the side :3

Trust me i have a huge-ass cityscape of weird and wonderful things
And a magical pawnshop naga is just one of the smaller things in it.
(But if you must know it's next to the coffee shop on The Ives near The Campus, one of the more relaxed shopping centers near the Federation's "Weird" District)
