So I gave Kib a redesign because I wasn't happy with how he looked, and I think this turned out better. I straigtened his horns and took away the spikes on his head and tail because they looked awkward, but I gave him frills because the suit a kobold bron from a tribe living in a wild forest. He also has 3 toes instead of two because it looks better on a reptilian creature.

I also gave him a longcoat to wear, because I'd thought it would make him look better and while ...it looks cool I guess? But it's a little bland so I'll most likely change that in the future. He still wears his outfit from his last design under the coat though, except his holsters are on his chest now. Easier to draw his weapons when wearing his coat. Also he's seen using flintlock pistols here, rather than the revolver from the last picture, because the Pathfinder campaign I'm using him in doesn't have modern guns, so it's a musket pistol for him. If you look closely, anyone familiar with pathfinder might recognize a certain god's symbol on the grip... While Kib is beholden to no deity, that symbol has emotional significance to him.
