All righty...
I'd vary the font a bit, to emphasize the character's tone/voice. Emboldening words (for example) brings attention to the words your character wants to stress/bring attention to.
"And now I'm HERE!", for example.
Additionally, it's a good idea to use only upper-case letters. The reason most comics do this is to facilitate reading (lower-case letters can be difficult to read if resized).
The balloons could be varied a bit, too, to create different effects or to signal to the reader where the words are coming from. For example, panel 5 could be a thought balloon.
Sometimes, balloons may be omitted entirely. Panel 3, for example, may look less crowded without the balloon.
Panel borders can be played with, too! Like, panel 6 could have its borders removed, so as to make the character bigger (since the 'punchline' here is his sudden burst of enthusiasm).
Gutters (or the spaces between panels) can be used to show the passage of time: the closer they are together, the quicker the interval between actions/captions; the further apart, the more time passes.
Other than this, it's not too bad, for (what I'm guessing is) an early attempt. :)
...One final thing: mind your spelling! ^^; Also (take this from a Southerner) the word 'y'all' is a contraction, and so requires an apostrophe!
