I admit to being somewhat inspired by that artist (I used to follow her on Yerf for chrissakes, I'm not going to deny it) but this faux-vector style is also something I use a lot as a graphic designer, and while most sane artists use Illustrator for this stuff, mine is all Photoshop, baby.
