Upon looking back I can at least see some logic to the idea that Cleo really isn't happy with that circle of friends. It's hard to read.

*dangles a pair of NVG's near Kaya's ear and clears his throat* They've got a zoom of 400 ft. And work best in low level light. This way, you're far enough away they won't see you. And when I say "zoom" I mean you could count their nose hairs!

Oh wait you two never got access to military stuff. Yeah all gear is multipurpose. Infrared,night vision, zoom. Standard stuff
