Yeah, but a bit rougher, and occasionally more criminal. In my straight history, Nick was an angry young mammal and was not above more ruthless and less lawful activity, unconcerned with creating overt victims. He quickly wised up, and all that was well behind him by the movie time, both in his character and the statute of limitations. I'd assume Nicole would be not dissimilar.
