I made a paper controller in Mutants and Masterminds named Origami... or Pagemaster, depending on who you asked.
He's based off of Agent Paper from Read or Die, with basically all of the same abilities.
He can create weapons, armor, other things out of paper. Can manipulate it telepathically and do things like create paper airplanes that fly and stuff like that.
