This P&W locomotive runs between small towns and companies carrying logs and other goods that keep this place running. So far this is the only train I can get a picture of until I can get a car and go to where there are other train lines.

Thanks guys for your comments I really appreciate them. I’m still working on up grading to a Nikon D90, which is a professional photographer’s camera. I’ve tried it out and it take amazing shots right now it’s out of my price range. So until then I’ll just have to put up with this single shot canon camcorder which barely has a mega pizle.
But hey I’m happy it brings back those feelings of home. Hugs

Ah yes GP39-2 is the train’s model number. Ya know like the model number you see on the back of your computer.

I didn’t know NS went thought N.C, heh, cool. I use to live in Chicago near a train line where I could see. BNSF, NS, CSX, Burlington Northern or BN, UP, CP, Chicago Rail Link, and that’s all I can remember off the top of my head. Chicago was and still is the country’s major rail road hub. However, I have heard that the rail road companies are trying to lay new track to by pass Chicago because of all the congestion. Don’t know if they done it or not.
Heh big boys with big toys, I’m still playing with the little stuff. HO is more like my thing. I can fit more train in a smaller room with out losing much detail like the N scale trains. So how long have you been a Rail Road hobbyist?
