I imagine this character being part of a group that records videos and takes photos for their site and to sell through specialty shops. (They also commission special clothes to do it, and essentially model) They're in competition with another group that does very similar work, but of a more risqué fashion. they also do on-site shoots and things for customers who'd like that, bit it costs a bit to do.
They're not a company, though.
Luna is not a part of this group.

In world, it'd probably be titled something to the effect of "Felyne Balloon Fun Special: Sparky S2P Day" or something. :B I've not decided on her name / model name, so that's one thing most likely to change. And after that, I can't decide if this would be a part of a larger collection or a single model deal.
If you mean in real life, it's possible in the future, but not right now. :B For that to happen, I'd have to get enough funds to get together a team and animate such a video. Then actually get it animated, which would take time. So I'm thinking it's pretty unlikely, but still entirely possible.
