I love chess, but have not had anyone to play against in a long long long time. -_-

last time I played, some bratty kid said he could kick my butt at it without trying. needless to say, all I had left was my king, he had a king and queen. I got around the queen (god I don't remember how I managed it either XD ) and cornered his king. was freaking epic. =D

That sounded like a great game! You should go play, there are many online where you can play with others. Maybe you can go beat more bratty snotters :D

The detail on the chess pieces are great. Tell the truth, did you find silhouettes online or did you make your own? By the by, she's wearing my default DM expression. If she was behind a screen she would have it down pat. Also if he is just capturing her piece then you've made an error, she's in check from the knight and couldn't have left the king there.

I think this is a great image, good job on body structure and expressions.

Thank you. I drew the pieces, but in the higher rez you can see they are messy scribbles LOL. Ohhhhh.. now that you point that out, that's right, she would have to move the king. I just wanted to draw her losing D: didn't think too much into it and I was running low on caffeine
