Got most of the rigging done, still need to clean up the fingers and toes, and the spot around the base of the tail. The neck was fighting me for a while, Maya couldn't figure out what bones I wanted to blend between so I ended up spending way too much time on the neck. The render for this one is the "Arnold" renderer that is included with Maya 2017. Never used it before. Looks very clean considering I only threw in a directional light.
