I draw her eyes differently now though. Probably.

Her eyebrow things are supposed to be reminiscent of goggles - they've always been like that.
I hadn't made the connection with the Overwatch character - but I came up with Fina's design much before any Overwatch artwork hit the internet.
I'm not worried about that connection being made.

Yeah I admit I rather like googles on my dolphin character here, and I am sorry about what I wrote I meant to change it but I let the edit comment time out. Please don't think ill of me I have always liked how you have drawn your characters to the point I still hope I can get you to draw one of mine here someday.
It's fine - don't be afraid to raise criticisms. I actually appreciate it rather than frown upon it.
You shouldn't worry about characters looking like or being compared to others - it happens sometimes completely by accident. I myself was worried for a long time about one of my android dolphin characters looking too much like Mega Man X - but I realise now I shouldn't have ever really worried about that - yes my admiration for Mega Man X's art style/creative cues informed her design to a degree, but she is not Mega Man X, she is something different. I shouldn't worry about that comparison being made.
We have to watch out for creative hang-ups like that getting in the way of our creativity/development as artists. Be wary of copyright infringement and respect other people's ownership of their designs - but don't be afraid to borrow creative cues and take points of inspiration from other people's work either.
