Yeah a little wider and how about muzzle a little more pronounced and was she not taller and more solidly built? I am guessing You have no copies of EDF Cronicals or command review to base it on... let me know I have that Volume got it from second ed.
That would be so cool if your doing another reboot

Inconsistant. Not in the habit of drawing normal nails, but after all the Zootopia art, doing claws has come up more. As for function, I'd go with more along the lines of non-retractable, even on the cats that have them. I'd avoided anything for Erma, again, not in the habit of nails, but she'd have nails rather than claws.
When ever I can. Every so often I'll go to one of the drop in life drawing sessions and attend for a few weeks to refresh. It is one of the few things that I'd recommend for anyone doing more or less realistic anatomy get into the habit of doing and redoing. While there are a few artists who just seem to be able to nail the body naturally, all too many resort to a formula or gimmick process to do a sort of stock body. That's not bad, per se, but can lead to a repetitive look or evolve/degenerate into a mutant default figure, increasingly removed from life. I also refer to photos, not so much copying the body outright, but to get some proportions down better, noting anatomical landmarks, like bone or muscle groups. And that can help carry over to the unreferenced work.
