I've given serious thought, since colourful boots generally stop several sizes before my feet, to simply buying a normal pair (or several) of green or black wellies and some all-surface spraypaint. It's one of those things I've never gotten around to though, as much as the idea of pink boots with red lovehearts appeals to the flamboyant side of me
