spyrothehedgehog His care bear fan character is spyro in care bear form, you can read about it in 
blazeheartpanther stories. They are pretty good so check em out. Spyro has the ability to regress and I guess he really wanted someone to play with. I choose good luck bear because I just don't see enough of this little guy.

I think your style of doing the whole care bear art style is pretty much about the closest thing
I seens since the days of back when Nelvana had the license to handle the animation for the Care bears franchise.
And, as you may recall from talking to me... while i watch the new "Anorexic Care Bears" incarnation on Saturday mornings, to me, there is only one version of Care Bears TV animated series I likes for the animation look, and that's the Canadian made Nelvana-mation version from the 80's.
Shame they didn't dust off THAT version of the Care Bears and put it back on Saturday morning TV once more.
Anyways, again... I likes what I sees here. *nods* ^.^

What an interesting work. I didn't quite get the whole thing until I read your description. But, once I did, it made LOTS of sense and I must compliment you on how you visually depicted Spyro's power in a single-frame. Brings lots of fun to the imagination.
You are also right. As an avid fan of Good Luck Bear myself, you do find him being neglected quite a bit in the shows and movies. He never seems to have a consistant voice over either. How weird...
