Partway through the commission process, the buyers dog passed away, and so they buyer requested I add that little "in memory of" in there.

so since that other dragon hybrid you'd done WAY back ago, i think i can say taht you do a beautiful job with charcters like this. they do look really cute, and i love how good and how well you place the scales on them.

i'm not too good with scales myself, but looking at what you have done is amazing. how smooth and how much they look like they are really on the charcters arms and shoulders is such a great detail.it's really cool to see how you can put it on her chest without really covering her chest but making it not only look good but it adds to it as well. i guess it does kind of make her look strong, but it really draws attention to the gem in her chest as well.

probably doesn't help that i love charcters with horns, wings, and scales al in one package.... though i doubt scribble isn't an example of that..

also sorry but i have to mention it... he crotch scales are cute. kind of like what you did for me, they are a really soft and smooth look to them. like instaed of being hard scales, like they look like they wouldn't cause any pain to those who might have to stretch and move around with those there.
