I just came across this in a search but they look like a species of lupine, if i were to guess from Alaska, and the coloration since its hard to tell many diagnostic details, looks like Lupinus nootkatensis :3
The other options are Lupinus polyphyllus or arcticus, but nootkatensis looks closer with that coloration. Lupine species are beautiful and there are tons of species that grow in warmer climates!
