casandro recently introduced me to a classic Disney-style cartoon "TaleSpin". That series has a bunch of "Sky Pirates", plundering the skies in prop-planes, and stuff like that. He's been wondering about showing them in a little bit different way.So basically I went with the option to merge them with their planes, giving the characters the plane features, as well as aircraft plating instead of fur on the most part, and coloring which we can't see here since these are just sketches. They probably could have wings too, however thinking logically, they wouldn't feel comfortable for the characters themselves. Perhaps they would be retractable into their arms or backs when not needed, something like that. It's a rather rough concept at the time being.
