Not sure exactly but I'm pretty certain it happened in the parking lot at work. And I don't wanna point fingers but a co-worker usually parks across the aisle from me and has a ginormous diesel F-350. I wouldn't be surprised if he backed into me and never even realized it.

That would explain why the dent is high above your bumper, since those big pickups are designed to get past most cars' crumple zones and get right at the occupants.

I don't suppose your company has any kind of security cameras or a guard or anything of the like? Maybe you could send a "general" email to HR and have them send out a 'please be careful when entering/exiting the parking lot' type message.
