New character. ;-; I've been wanting a nice red panda, a character with 3 eyes, and a character with 4 arms for a while now. I have all of them in one now.

As you can tell, she's pretty Opal(SU) inspired.
Dainty and thin with some ear pigtails. Haha.
And a little Garnet inspired, too, cause her third eye is her "all seeing" one.
Also, who doesn't like red pandas? I mean.. come on..

Anywho.
Expect chibis, dude. Expect them.
