I can imagine. Since scales are waterproof, I bet rain is nowhere near as bothersome as it is for mammals and birds.
If anything, it may make certain food (e.g. bread) a bit less enjoyable...Then again, where would you find bread on a tropical island? Your best resources would be fruit, vegetables, fish and meat!
