(pronounced 'Kel-dresh-ian' from the Accolian language 'Keldreka' meaning "Forsaken" )
Keldrechians are a relatively new species but their change of name is not due to becoming biologically different from environmental evolution. They were once part of the Draimian and Hamurian people but chose for themselves the path of evil. Accolus had a well established justice system and though most weren't pleased with the consequences they understood the punishment fit their crimes and it was meant to teach them a lesson not to repeat their mistake. However, the ones that would later call themselves Keldrechians were not dissatisfied delinquents as one might think. There was no misguided bitterness involved but a few individuals who found joy in harming others and causing strife amongst their kin. Their actions were small and petty at first such as minor thefts, street fighting, and assaults but it was soon enough to cause division among their brethren as one began to suspect another unaware they had been set up and so were born the first seeds of dissent leading to the civil war that would destabilize the planet's core and destroy their world leaving nothing but another empty void in the vastness of space.
Back to the story of their change, their petty crimes soon grew into more heinous ones (kidnapping, rape, grievous bodily harm, murder, grand theft, and the senseless attack on newborn hatchlings and eggs which lead to the appointment of a Nurse Mother to protect the most vunerable). As their violence grew, so did their numbers from just a few individuals to a small army and it was this army that saw to try and overtake the main city but they underestimated how the local shopkeepers and other civilians would band with the law enforcement, fed up with the group's atrocities and lack of care for anyone bar themselves. Each one that allied itself with the group were rounded up and as one, were stripped of their titles and rankings, forfeiting any right not only to property but the right to call themselves Draimian or Hamurian. These now nameless ones were injected with a chemical that changed the colour of their blood and enabled any true Accolian to know a Keldrechian or any of their descendents by their scent and forced to board a de-weaponized battle cruiser with no destination in mind but to travel through space. It is assumed some at least have made their way to Earth to set up their new home there.
Should you ever come across one of these beastly creatures, you'd best run or kill it quickly if you think you can for these ones are vile with no morals whatsoever and will not hesitate to maim or kill regardless of whether their victim is a fit healthy adult or a newborn defenseless hatchling. Since their exile, they are of the mentality they can do whatever they want and with whoever they want. Not even their own kin are safe, with fights, cannibalism, and will often mate with each other, regardless of whether the other party consents or not. Should a romp with a captured female lead to offspring, as they often do capture humans just to have their way with them, mother and child/egg are just as likely to be killed as protected. Keldrechians can shapeshift and unlike Draimians, they will take on the image of anyone and assume their identity without care so long as it suits their desires to do so. Their favourite method is to grab someone off the street, steal their memories and devour the corpse before taking on the person's life for however long they see fit. Such is this method so often successful, that it is unlikely their lie would be uncovered unless by accident or if a Hamurian or Draimian is present.
