This is (more or less) inspired by a friend of mine on Deviant Art. He's a huge fan of Lilo and Stitvh and the anime Paranoia Agent. I thought I could mix up Lilo and Stitch with Dragonball. I got the idea to give stitch the power pole. This was done way back in 2007. ;P
