this is the first color attempt i have made so yeah.... anyways, i tried to make the rifle look used and also made sure the flag had fifty stars, hard to do when you have three pixels to work with.

i think i fucked up the left ear (right ear as you look at it) and overall i feel that i could have done a better job......... oh well, this is what i got, not to bad for a first time i guess.
