Color work took a couple of hours for me to do after I had received the base file from Inkwell. This was the only stream commission he was able to do at the time due to computer issues.

The Overseer is making their usual ridiculous demands and complaints in vulgar terminology (over the intercom this time). They have no concept of lunch breaks being off the clock. Trixie certainly didn't appreciate it, given her aloud comment.
Yes the Overseer does, in fact, drive her to drink.
Guess the Overseer's species. The clue is fairly small, so look carefully.
