A known money launderer attempting to buy into the criminal underworld of St. Canard. Donny was dishonorably discharged from the Navy for "activities unbefitting of an officer". He was seen by many as somewhat of a joke. Fueled by frustration and the desire to prove his name, he turned to boxing competitions, where he earned his nickname, 'Shiner', along with a permanent black eye due to serious tissue damage after losing a match to "The Real" McCoy. Shiner was seen as a joke once again. After learning this technique, Shiner framed McCoy for the murder of his wife by using this technique on her repeatedly, along with many other victims. McCoy later committed suicide after being blamed for the murders done with his technique. Shiner then went on to earn a name for himself in the underground death match circuit, where he's 7/0. He fights religiously to escape his past and becomes agitated and violent upon any mentioning or reference to his past.
