Hair fills out across his head and his spine becomes too awkward for a quadrupedal stance. His body continues to grow and shift, and he accidentally knocks a nearby bowl as one of his hands falls back on the ground to stabilize himself. He tests his new thumbs by grasping the apple core, which is now much smaller from his perspective. It's mushy, but he is too fascinated to care.
