This is a minor character, her name is Felicity. I made Le-Okami name her cause reasons. Anyway, she's a Qwujakuhl, an incredibly short, stubby Qwujakuhl that's about half the size of the others. She is a rather energetic little soul, very happy, optimistic and outgoing as well. She works as an operator to a task force of Qwujakuhl who see to border patrol. She is of the same clan as Jackal Harbinger.

I'm thinking of changing her name though.
