Alright, this is the draconic version of my alter ego Splotchy Ink, in which I dub "Dwaggy Ink".

A little bit about Dwaggy Ink- He is physically missing his right arm (the nub wrapped in slightly bloody bandages) and his scarf is possessed by a demon. Splotchy can control the scarf most of the time but it will occasionally wiggle around as if it has a mind of it's own. Also, the black "splotches" on his body... is real ink, not some kind of coloration on the scales.

About the design concept in general was actually an experiment to see how much I could tinker around with the style created by the 2nd season of "The American Dragon" mostly because I wanted to show that you could do more than just change the coloration of the main character. Although this style for my dragon character wasn't intended to be permanent it stuck none of the less.
