Description written by KijaruTheFox:
This piece has taken me a long time. A very, very long time.
This song also has a lot of meaning behind it.
The name is Reconnecting Minds, due to the fact that it was listened to while talking someone down from suicide. The song was transformed after I heard this news.
It starts off slow, showing something is wrong. A person going through trouble. Turmoil, pain.
Gets more upbeat in the middle, showing the thought or action of contemplating/attempting self harm/suicide.
Right before the end, it begins to escalate. The decision's going on in their mind, wondering if it's all worth it, how or if they should do it, and all the pain that they have felt.
It lowers to a lull showing clarity in the mind. Regardless of their decision to take their life, or walk away, there is clarity. A sound thought of what they will do.
Please, if you ever need help, talk to a friend, family member, or loved one. If none of this is possible, try a therapy session.
Or, call the Suicide Prevention Hotline 1-877-727-4747.
Please know if you are feeling hurt, depressed, or any other terrible emotions, that you are loved. You have people that would stand by you till the end.
Thank you for listening.
