I'm doing very ok right now... Like I said, but that doesn't make it good yet ;P I lost 70 lbs, but I could still stand to loose more :P *jiggles what belly fat he has left* :P I'm willing to bet I could shave another 10-20 lbs off.

Soda is some of the worst stuff you could ever drink. I might drink a glass of soda two or three times a year. I drink water almost exclusively - and I've got the abs to prove it!

And that's one reason why I don't drink much soft drinks anymore. I do allow myself a can of Mountain Dew at least once a day M-F. Just can't give that up...stuff must have some crack in it. I'm a simple man...I'm satisfied with a nice tall glass of sweet tea. One reason why it'd be a challenge for me to move outside the South since it's the only region I know of that has it. Not even Washington D.C. has places that serves it. Ah well...at least that is something I could make on my own if and when I find myself eleswhere in the country.
