Meant to be accompanied by a Noh style dance.
It is about Sylvia Plath waking up before dawn, putting a glass of milk on the bedside table of each of her children, writing a little, having a tea, and sticking her head in the oven and dying.
Half-improvised, take 6, probably 20th time playing it. There are riffs and a specific flow, but it isn't set in stone exactly how it goes and I like it that way.
It's also more complicated than most of the songs I've ever done. Maybe only kinda but... I dunno...
Although I'm thinking of adding some random waveforms to ground it (4 seconds sine, 4 seconds nothing, 4 seconds sawtooth, 4 seconds nothing, 4 seconds square, 4 seconds nothing, repeat) and maybe also a fuzzed-up recording of "Daddy" which is nearly the best poem ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hHjctqSBwM )

And now I imagine a bunch of furries doing a tribal dance around Sylvia-Plath-stuffed-in-oven or something. XP
I think I got too fast for my fingers to keep up near the end, but it still ended up being the best take. Even so, a few mistakes could strengthen a piece about suicide anyhow. xP
