The last time I drew the two, I didn't say how older they were. Since they're 14, maybe 15 in the games, I would say the first picture is of them at the age of 17 or 18. Being older and going out for so long, both would be thinking thoughts like this. Well one thing lead to another and it ended up for Nate and Rosa making love for the first time in general. And let's be honest, it's been done before in both picture and story.
