So, this is an interesting little picture here, because, in my personal opinion, there are three other, separate pictures this could tie to. So, it's hard to write a story for it, because it could really go so many different ways!
Fist, and most obvious. This picture could be a prequel to the other one I posted earlier today: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21118226/ In this one, Skips is trudging through the jungle trying to find some lost ruins. Might explain why he had no shirt in that one. It's all wet and rainy and humid. But gotta have pants for modesty. In the jungle no one else is in. But hey, he's gotta look sexy in end, so you know, it makes sense. Shut up.
Second possible tie in, being a prequel to this lovely atmospheric piece I got from Rhyu over a couple years ago: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15248077/ In fact, Rhyu had told me she used that older piece for inspiration in a way. And since king cheetah, gotta have an excuse to be drawing those back stripes. I don't blame her. So, in this one, Skips is just trudging on to make it a perfect hilltop vista seen in that pic. I could see it working.
Third, possible tie in, going way back to my first year in the fandom (does three years could as "way back"? Probably not, but it's fun to say), this pic: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12795121/ I'd consider this one either a spiritual sequel or prequel to that one. Both feature Skips wading through still bodies of water in a jungle for no good apparent reason, and both look awesome in my opinion. So, naturally, there could be a link. Maybe Skips just fucking loves wading through water. Hell, it's raining in this one. I love the rain! Reason enough to assume my cheetah would as well!
So yeah, three possible contexts for this picture. Or, it could be all on its own! I'll leave it up to y'all to think on that.
