bodbloat was interested in making a vegetarian dish, so he came to Vrghr asking for ideas. This wuff whipped up a vegetarian Lasagna recipe for him. But, sadly, circumstances didn't permit Bod to make the dish.

However, the recipe sounded so good to Vrghr, that wuff ended up making one of his own. Actually, it will be TWO, a HUGE monster of a lasagna that weighs in over 8 pounds, and a smaller one (the one with the two zucchini slices on top) to use up the rest of the ingredients.

These are currently sitting in Vrghr's refrigerator, waiting to be baked on Monday when friends come over. The leftovers will go to feed wuff's co-workers, as well as going home to feed his friends.

Vrghr will post up the whole recipe for this Lasagna when it gets baked, and wuff can take the photos of it. Sure hope it tastes as good as the individual fillings!

Along with that zesty Marinara, there's the savory green spinach with Crimini mushrooms, shallots, and a bit of creme cheese. There's also a thick and cheesy Bechemal sauce nearly a pound and a half of cheese, 5 types, in it! It also has shredded mozzarella, and zucchini strips used as noodles along with the pasta noodles.

Wuff was sampling each of those sauces and spreads as they completed, and YUM were they tasty! Hopefully the whole will work out too!
