Here is the third and final excerpt from my piece of "Zootopia" fan art, "School Crossing Guard" - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/21094829/ - with a close-up of 'Flash' the sloth in the title role...
Besides seeing 'Flash' in the "DMV" scene in the Disney CGI feature (destined to be a classic in the history of animation), I saw some experimental images of him, all by himself, as he slowly walks. I saw in one of those images that the sloth possesses a stubby tail (which I didn't even know he had). So I added said tail to the likable lethargic character in the comic strip (as well as to the two juvenile sloths, who 'Flash' motions to cross the street).
Of course, the main visual gag revolves around the sign 'Flash' holds up with his long claws: "Slow Children Crossing". The general usage of said sign is to inform motorists to drive slowly through the school zone (and to be alert of students crossing the street). However, this sign has a double meaning, as the children are crossing very slowly (since said students are also sloths) - much to the chagrin of the motorists (especially the beaver I'd featured in said gag)...
Which brings up one final question: Can you think of any other occupation(s) that would be ideal for someone as slow as 'Flash'? I can think of one other job; but I want to save that for a future "Zootopia" fan art piece!
